Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, publishing a menu, or using OKI, you agree to these Terms Of Service. OKI is a business-to-business (B2B) platform designed for commercial use by restaurants, hotels, and companies. By using the service, you confirm that you are acting for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft, or profession.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the service.

The service

OKI provides access to a SaaS platform that lets restaurants and businesses create, manage, publish, and share digital menus, QR codes, business links, images, and related restaurant information under the selected subscription plan.

We may update, add, remove, or change features to improve the service or comply with technical, legal, or business requirements.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep your business, menu, billing, and contact details up to date.

Plans, trials, and payments

Some features may be offered through paid plans, free trials, or promotional offers. Prices, plan limits, and included features may vary by country or currency.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged according to the selected plan and applicable taxes. You are responsible for payment obligations linked to your account.

Our order process is conducted by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle is responsible for payment processing, billing, applicable tax calculation and collection, receipts, invoices, chargebacks, and payment-related customer support. OKI is responsible for providing and operating the software service.

Subscription cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the relevant cancellation button in your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billings, but does not automatically refund fees already paid.

Initial Purchase: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your initial subscription purchase. If you change your mind and the service was not substantially used, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

Subscription Renewals: All automatic renewal sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time after a subscription automatically renews. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billings.

If a refund is approved, Paddle will process the return through the original payment method where possible. Access to paid features may be removed or reduced after cancellation, non-payment, chargeback, or refund.

Content you publish

You keep ownership of the content you upload or publish, including menu text, prices, photos, logos, and links.

You grant OKI permission to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You must not use OKI to publish illegal, misleading, infringing, abusive, harmful, or malicious content.

You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the platform at scale, bypass limits, or use OKI in a way that harms other users or visitors.

Availability and third-party services

We work to keep OKI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

OKI may link to or integrate with third-party services such as maps, delivery platforms, social networks, payment processors, hosting providers, and analytics tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

OKI, its software, design, trademarks, logos, and platform materials belong to OKI or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of OKI intellectual property to you.

You may use the service only as allowed by these terms and the features provided inside the platform.

Termination

You may stop using OKI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or use OKI unlawfully.

After termination, public menus and account access may be disabled, but some information may be retained as required by law or legitimate business needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, OKI is provided as is and as available, without warranties that the service will meet every requirement or always be available.

OKI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost customers, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or other commercial losses arising from temporary unavailability, technical issues, maintenance, third-party service failures, or your use of or inability to use the service.

OKI is not responsible for the accuracy of menu items, prices, descriptions, ingredients, or allergen information provided by the restaurant. The restaurant is solely liable for any compliance with local food safety, pricing, and consumer laws.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
